These include knee pain, stiffness, swelling, movement restrictions, or a feeling of uncertainty while walking. The knee is a complex joint that must absorb significant forces daily during movement.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Because the knee is constantly under load, various structures can be involved in the development of complaints. For instance, the meniscus, kneecap, ligaments, muscles, tendons, or bursa can play a role. Some people experience only slight hindrance, while others find pain-free movement almost impossible. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>How common are knee complaints?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span>Knee complaints are among the most common musculoskeletal complaints. Both young and old can be affected. Athletes, for example, are at higher risk for injuries such as a meniscus tear, runner&#8217;s knee, or jumper&#8217;s knee. Reduced mobility of the pelvis, hip, or lower back can also have consequences for the loading of the knee joint. Sinds de behandelingen van Marc van Leeuwen is dit over, echt geweldig! De eerste keer vonden ze het wat spannend, maar door de rustige aanpak was dit al snel over en kwamen ze met plezier langs.
